No preview for UTK... Sorry about that...

Day job and an early round of golf got in the way. I'm happy we won to keep of NCAA Tournament hopes alive. I'll try to plan better the next game. Bama 62-50 over the Viles. Nothing sucks like a big ORANGE.

On another matter, the captchas are inhuman.

truly.

the guys looked like the practice time paid off today.

ball movement was very crisp on offense in the first half. engstrom and gueye looked like they'd actually seen a basketball before and both effected the game defensively. i kept waiting for gueye to wag his finger at somebody after one of those blocks! he put a spin move on at one point offensively that looked very olajuwon-esk.

engstrom looked much more comfortable in the offense. (i would feel better if he would stop sticking his leg out so much on the picks. the refs let that go a lot today.

releford's leg was still bothering him but still had a sports center moment with a drive and ball fake/lay up.

of course, the coach is gonna do what the coach is gonna do with green and mitchell. the team looked much better today but with the practice time together and the home court, they were supposed to look good.

to me it would just be a shame after what's gone down when with green and mitchell, to upset the apple cart by inserting them back in in significant roles. we obviously have guys working hard to improve. let's reward them by bringing those knuckleheads back??

and i thought grant did a fantastic job substituting gueye and engstrom through out the game.

well, florida trounces the hogs at fayetteville. great. now we have to go play some pissed pigs on a tough road trip.

but if we can pull that off.........

uk did not look good in the first half against the rubbles. that game tuesday nite in starkvegas is going to be............

It was a good win, but beating Tennessee at home is one thing, beating $tate, or going to Fayetteville or Oxford and getting a win is another. Like it or not, we need the knuckleheads back. More importantly, we need for them to buy in and play hard within the team concept. I choose to remain optimistic that they will do so.
